Ah, vintage Nicole Richie. Before the DUI, before the baby. She still had fab (albeit a bit risky) style. This outfit is so very laid-back luxe summer. Wish I had the gams to rock those short shorts - but I prefer eating to non-eating. :)Love the ruffle cami (so ahead of the trend, per usual) and oversized shades. The belt completes the look adding in an unexpected punch of black.
