As a part of Generation Y, (also known as the Millennials) I am supposidely extremely tech-savvy, used to instant gratification, and strongly focused on preserving our planet. Yeah, that sounds about right. While I must admit I do not always carry my canvas bag to the supermarket, after writing this article preaching that you should, I will be sure to do so - everytime. Really, I think supermarkets should start charging for plastic and paper bags, so we consumers will have no choice but to bring our own bags to the market and thereby save millions of pounds of trash from being produced every year.
